Authors who publish with Garuda Journal of Legal Service agree to the following terms:
Authors retain copyright and grant Garuda Journal of Legal Service right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial License. The intended of certain rights includes the right to publish, edit, reproduce, distribute, and share publicly the article in various forms and media both of electronic and/or physically, as well as translation. Nevertheless, we committed to respect the authors copyrights and license which includes:

1. Author(s) retain the rights to use their research publication freely without any restriction;
2. Receive credit and proper attribution for their published scholarly works;
3. Re-use their own material in new works without permission or payment (with full acknowledgement of the original article);
4. Publicly share the final published article through any social media;
5. Distribute the article to their students/classroom and to research colleagues;
6. Share publicly to their personal website or institutional repository without permission (with an acknowledgment to the Jurnal Media Hukum as an initial publisher).
