Garuda Journal of Legal Service hereinafter abbreviated as GJLS, is the only peer-reviewed journal on all aspects of law. The journal accepts all articles on law, and invites submissions from academics worldwide. The journal is published as an open access journal by Lembaga Kajian & Bantuan Hukum Garuda with an editorial board drawn from many universities. The vision for the Journal is Satjipto Raharjo's progressive law, "Law for humans, not humans for law". In this context, "law for humans" means that the law must side with the interests and welfare of humans, taking into account the values ​​of humanity, justice, and equality. Law should not be an end in itself that is rigid and ignores human nature. GJLS accepts and publishes articles in English version. All submission must be made through the GJLS OJS system. We accept absolutely NO submissions via email. There is no LoA made by the Editor. LoA is issued solaly in the form an accepted paper notification.

The journal is published in June - December editions. The first edition will be published in 2025, which is managed professionally and independently.
